On December 4, 2024, the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) held a private dinner in Washington, D.C. honoring Ms. Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, along with a high-ranking Ukrainian delegation. Key topics of discussion included Ukraine’s energy security, the protection of critical energy infrastructure, and opportunities in critical minerals exploration. The dinner provided an invaluable platform for dialogue between Ukrainian government officials and the U.S. business leaders actively involved in Ukraine.

The event was attended by several prominent USUBC members working in the energy sector, including Holtec International , GE Vernova, Honeywell, Culmen International, VELTA LLC, Rebuilding Ukraine Agency and others. Their participation highlighted the importance of collaboration between U.S. investment community and Ukrainian leaders in addressing Ukraine's critical economic and energy challenges and opportunities for collaboration in Ukraine's reconstruction in the energy sector.
