The project brings together international expertise in critical minerals to advance one of Ukraine’s strategically important lithium resources through a production-sharing partnership with the state. The investment plan includes geological exploration, reserve auditing, and the potential development of extraction and processing facilities, supporting Ukraine’s integration into global lithium supply chains alongside U.S. and EU partners. Ukrainian officials view the initiative as a pilot project under broader U.S.–Ukraine cooperation on minerals and reconstruction.
