Tetra Tech ES, Inc., through the Securing Power, Advancing Resilience and Connectivity (SPARC) Program, has launched a new solicitation to procure autotransformers in support of Ukraine’s ongoing energy infrastructure restoration. The initiative aims to strengthen grid resilience and ensure stable power supply amid reconstruction efforts. Qualified companies are invited to submit proposals by 24 November 2025, at 6:00 PM Kyiv time.
