Tetra Tech ES, Inc., through the Securing Power, Advancing Resilience and Connectivity (SPARC) Program, has announced a new Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the procurement of steel pipes for district heating utilities in Ukraine. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen energy resilience, improve reliability, and support critical heating infrastructure during wartime and post-war recovery. Qualified suppliers are invited to review the RFQ documentation and submit quotations by February 6, 2026, at 18:00 (Kyiv time) in accordance with the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
