The procurement aims to strengthen the resilience, reliability, and connectivity of critical power infrastructure, ensuring energy security during wartime and post-war recovery. Interested suppliers can access the RFQ documentation via the bid portal and submit quotations by February 23, 2026, at 18:00 (Kyiv time).
