A new Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Ukraine and Mastercard sets the foundation for a five-year cooperation program aimed at accelerating the country’s digital transformation. The initiative focuses on strengthening digital infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity, improving public-service efficiency, and advancing financial and technological inclusion across key sectors. The partnership also supports innovation in payments, mobility, tourism, GovTech, and SME development.
