InvestMonitor – a Ukrainian digital initiative developed by the Ukrainian Development Foundation (UDF) – invites international investors and business leaders to participate in a short survey aimed at answering one core question:
What do investors need to seriously consider Ukraine today?
The 15-question survey helps identify what matters most to businesses like yours — from risk transparency to return expectations and preferred information formats. Your input will help shape the Investment Environment Index of Ukrainian Regions, a data-driven map comparing investor expectations with the real on-the-ground situation across Ukraine’s regions and sectors.

The survey takes only 5–10 minutes and will help define:

📍 In April 2025, InvestMonitor was presented at Innovation Days 2.0 at Ukraine House in Washington, D.C., co-hosted with the Embassy of Ukraine in the U.S. The platform was recognized by high-level attendees from government, business, IFIs, and academia as a timely and practical tool for bridging the gap between international investors and Ukrainian regional realities.
