On 16 February 2016, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted amendments to the privatization law. The most important changes will concern the following:
- No privatization by “aggressor state”
- Beneficiaries disclosure
- Obligatory presale cancelled
- Arbitration allowed
- External advisors
