On July 30, Mykola Stetsenko – a member of the USUBC Executive Committee, President of the Ukrainian Bar Association, and Managing Partner at AVELLUM – represented the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) at the Foreign Investor Roundtable. The roundtable was held as part of the event “Infrastructure Partnerships and Procurement: Tools for Complex Project Planning, Financing, and Management,” organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP).

The discussion centered on the development of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Ukraine. Participants from both the private and public sectors addressed current challenges and explored opportunities to enhance PPP implementation as a key tool for infrastructure development and long-term investment.
