On June 19, the annual Charitable Ukraine – 2024 awards ceremony gathered volunteers, philanthropists, public organizations and international partners to recognize outstanding contributions to charitable work in Ukraine.
Representing the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), President & CEO Irina Paliashvili and Executive Director Nadiia Khomaziuk took part in presenting awards to this year’s winners.
Several USUBC members were among those honored, including SoftServe, MHP, Razom for Ukraine and United Help Ukraine – all recognized for their impactful humanitarian efforts.
The ceremony was opened by First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. This year’s competition saw an impressive 1,790 applications, with the National Expert Council selecting winners across 25 categories. The event highlighted the vital role of philanthropy and international cooperation in supporting Ukraine during times of crisis.
