USUBC was pleased to host its 30th Anniversary Business Luncheon on December 15, 2025, in Washington, D.C., bringing together Members and Partners to reflect on three decades of engagement and to discuss the future of U.S.–Ukraine economic cooperation.
The Luncheon featured keynote remarks by H.E. Olha Stefanishyna, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States, and Conor Coleman, Head of Investments at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), who shared perspectives on Ukraine’s investment landscape, economic resilience, and opportunities for deeper cooperation with U.S. businesses.
A high-level panel, “30 Years of Impact: Mutual Economic Benefits from USUBC Members’ Engagement in Ukraine,” featured Peter N. Fuller, Major General, U.S. Army (Ret.), Managing Director, M&A and Strategy, Cypress Global Strategies; Natalie Jaresko, Executive Director, Strategy and Execution, EY-Parthenon and USUBC Senior Advisor; Borys Kremenetskyi, Major General (Ukrainian Air Force), Defense Attaché, Embassy of Ukraine to the United States; and Vladyslav Rashkovan, Alternate Executive Director and Board Member, International Monetary Fund.
The Luncheon was hosted by Stephanie Murphy, Vice President, Crop Science and Corporate Government Affairs at Bayer and Vice Chair of the USUBC Executive Committee, and moderated by Irina Paliashvili, USUBC President & CEO.
