Andriyspecializes in intellectual property, antitrust law and protection againstunfair competition, as well as in dispute resolution.
Mr.Kovalyov has more than 10 years experience in corporate law. Prior to joining Vasil Kisil & Partners, Andriy Kovalyov headed thelegal department of Samsung Electronics Ukraine.
At Vasil Kisil & Partners,Andriy Kovalyov will deal with intellectual property, international trade and high-techlaw issues. Mr. Kovalyov will represent Vasil Kisil & Partners in SiliconValley (California, USA), where he will permanently reside.
