Olena Kuchynska is a Co-Managing Partner and the Head of Energy in the Kyiv office of Kinstellar. Olena has over 20 years of professional experience in law practice, both in private and in public sectors, with a particular focus on energy, oil & gas and environmental sectors.

Olena’s experience includes working on M&A and equity capital markets transactions, as well as privatization projects. She regularly advises clients on various aspects of investment activities in Ukraine, including corporate, securities, currency control and regulatory matters. Olena also works on projects related to policy advocacy and legislative reforms.

Olena leads and develops energy practice at Kinstellar Kyiv. She is on a daily basis responsible for advising energy and infrastructure clients on M&A, corporate law and regulatory matters.
