A franchisee’s negotiation strategy plays a crucial part in defining the key terms of long-term cooperation. That is why it is so important to know the tricks of franchisors to develop your own negotiation strategy. The Business Forum speakers will talk in detail about the tricks of franchisors, international concepts and business models. The situation becomes more complicated when a financing bank or a third party investor comes into play. In such a triangular relationship the focus is shifted to the financing bank, and the negotiation strategy and algorithm will be quite different.
