Arzinger supported the first ICDR Y&I event in Kyiv "Building a Carrier in International Arbitration"

On 13 November 2013 on the eve of the conference Kiev Arbitration Days the first event of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International (ICDR Y&I) for young lawyers practicing in the sphere of arbitration was held in Kyiv together with the Ukrainian Arbitration Association with the support of Arzinger Law Office. Markian Malskyy, Partner at Arzinger Law Office, Head of ADR Practice and the West Ukrainian Branch, held a presentation during the event.
The main topic of the event was "Building a Carrier in International Arbitration". The special guest Vladimir Khvaley, Baker & McKenzie (Moscow) held a speech. In addition to the presentation the event also envisaged a discussion and an opportunity for the participants to share their opinions.
The following experts spoke during the panels: Dmitry Evseev, Arnold & Porter (London), Maria Kostitskaya, Winston & Strawn (Paris), Markian Malskyy, Arzinger (Ukraine), Inna Elyashkevich, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (New York), and Galina Zhukova, White & Case (Paris). The discussion was moderated by Tatyana Slipachuk, Sayenko Kharenko (Ukraine).
After the official part of the event the participants were invited to a cocktail party where they had an opportunity to socialize in an informal atmosphere.
