Asters Successfully Represents Credit Agricole Credit and Investment Bank in a Large Debt Collection Lawsuit

Asters lawyers have successfully completed collection of a large debt on behalf of Public Joint-Stock Company "Credit Agricole CIB", the Ukrainian subsidiary of Credit Agricole Group. Credit Agricole CIB is one of Ukraine's most reliable banks and a leader in M&A deals in the country, according to Expert rating agency.
Asters secured the client's rights representing the bank before courts of all levels and before the State Enforcement Service. The accomplishment is all the more notable given the fact that the outstanding debt was unsecured.
The team working on the project was lead by managing partner Oleksiy Didkovskiy and associate Andriy Pozhidayev.
