Кyiv, Ukraine, 20 February 2013  -  Leading global law firm Baker & McKenzie has advised Western NIS Enterprise Fund on sale of all of its investment in the AVK confectionary business. The disposal was essentially a buy-back of Western NIS Enterprise Fund’s shares (25,1%) in Private Joint Stock Company “AVK”.

The project was led by a partner Viacheslav Yakymchuk with the key support from an associate Zoryana Sozanska. The client was also assisted by an associate Robert Gray from the Moscow Office (on drafting of the original transaction documents) and more recently by Kyiv office’s associates Maksym Hlotov and Victoria Ischenko under the supervision of a managing partner Serhiy Chorny.
