CMS Cameron McKenna has been recently recognised as a leading law firm in Ukraine in the Energy & Natural Resources sector by the newly published Ukrainian Law Firms 2012 (the "Directory"). The Directory found the energy, projects and construction (EPC) practice of CMS Cameron McKenna to have "an impressive track record in 2011. Numerous projects considered of oil & gas regulatory advice with regard to upstream business in Ukraine, environmental, tax issues, interaction with state authorities, obtaining special permits for subsoil use, concluding product sharing agreement with the state, negotiations and execution of multimillion emissions reductions purchase agreements.”.
