Kyiv - DLA Piper advised the Ukrainian bank Finance and Credit, which is one of the top commercialbanks in Ukraine, in refinancing transaction of US$95 million Eurobonds due 2014.

Public Joint Stock Company "Bank "Finance and Credit" has finished refinancing of their LoanParticipation Notes (LPN) due 2014 after previous announcement of Exchange Offer for a newlyissued US$100 million LPN due 2019 with 9.25% coupon. DLA Piper team supported the client withpreparation of all necessary documents during the exchange offer and refinancing transactions,including prospectus, legal opinion, and advised on all required aspects of the Ukrainian, English andDutch law.
