DLA Piper advised the Ukrainian bank Finance and Credit, one of the top commercial banks in Ukraine, on an exchange offer transaction of US$ 95m Eurobonds, due in 2014. 

Public joint stock company Finance and Credit announced an exchange offer, and invited the holders of the outstanding Loan Participation Notes due in 2014 to offer to exchange any or all of their outstanding notes for a newly issued US$ Denominated Loan Participation Notes, due in 2019. 

The DLA Piper team advised on all required aspects of the Ukrainian, English and Dutch law in relation to this transaction.
