December 7, 2013, 12p.m. Ukraine International Airlines will transfer Kiev – St. Petersburg – Kievflight operation from Pulkovo 2 to modern newly-built Terminal 1 of PulkovoInternational airport.

Due to the newterminal inauguration (scheduled on November 29, 2013) and PulkovoInternational airport reorganization UIA-coded Kiev – St. Petersburg – Kievflights will be operated to/from Terminal 1. UIA flights` transfer to thestate-of-the-art terminal built by FRAPORT – Frankfurt international airportoperator – will allow increasing the efficiency of UIA passenger service andbaggage processing as well as providing transfer passengers with morecomfortable conditions. Thus, passengers flying with UIA to St. Petersburg andtaking advantage of the services of Rossiya Airlines – the leading Ukraine`scarrier code-share partner-airline – will be provided with an opportunity tocatch their connecting flights within a single terminal.

Significant numberof immigration and aviation safety control points, comfortable transfer area,boarding bridges, modern baggage dispensing and delivery system, terminal`sspacious area will allow passengers to spend less time on airport formalities.
