On 12thSeptember 2013 shares of Arricano Real Estate PLC were admitted to trading atAIM LSE. The expected size of offer reaches USD 24 million.
Since its origin in 2008 Arricano Group has developed and currently ownsand manages four shopping malls: RayON in Kyiv, Sun Gallery in Krivyy Rih, CityMall in Zaporizhia and South Gallery in Simferopol, which GLA comprises 95 000sq. m. The group also holds a 50% - 1 share in the Kyiv shopping center SkyMall with GLA 67 900 sq. m. In the course of admission the Group has alsoacquired four other sites in Kyiv and Odessa with view of their furtherdevelopment.
