In April 2013 the European Bank for Reconstruction andDevelopment (EBRD) granted a loan toScientifically Industrial Association “UBC-Promo” LLC for financing a projecton expanding the existing manufacturing facilities and construction of the newproduct line in the amount of USD 10 million.

 VasilKisil & Partners acted as a legal adviser to the EBRD on the Ukrainianlaw matters with regard to the project, including drafting of the transactiondocuments and issuance of the legal opinion for the EBRD.
