In the end of 2012 PJSC SEB CORPORATE BANK completed the process of the registered capital increase by issuing additional shares in the aggregate amount of UAH 130 mln (resulting in the registered capital increase of up to UAH 250 mln).

PJSC SEB CORPORATE BANK is a wholly owned subsidiary of SEB Group (Sweden) focused on providing banking services to Ukrainian subsidiaries of corporate and institutional customers from Scandinavia, the Baltics and Germany.

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal adviser to PJSC SEB CORPORATE BANK in this matter, which included drafting all project-related documentation and negotiating it with PJSC SEB CORPORATE BANK and its shareholder (Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ)), preparing filings and supporting all registration/approval procedures with the National Bank of Ukraine, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the National Depository of Ukraine, as well as the state registrar.
