Arzinger’s Associate and Attorney-at-Law Volodymyr Yaremko would spend eight weeks on secondment in the Commercial Disputes Department of one of the leading London law firms.

Volodymyr will work on equal terms with the other legal staff at the City office on advising and developing legal solutions for foreign clients. Volodymyr will obtain considerable insight into the specific country’s laws, business conditions and business culture in different practice area with particular focus on International Litigation and Arbitration. While on secondment Volodymyr would continue to receive support from and close contact with Arzinger’s offices.

Volodymyr has substantial experience and specializes in the settlement of complex international disputes by arbitration and litigation in different jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in dealing with cases involving debt collection, construction and corporate disputes. Volodymyr is also well-acquainted with peculiarities of arbitrations in specific areas of industries, namely in construction disputes under FIDIC forms of contracts, as well as in GAFTA and FOSFA arbitrations. Experience and expertise learned during the secondment would strengthen International Litigation and Arbitration expertise of Arzinger, in particular in such areas as fraud litigation and enforcement proceedings.
