On 28 January 2013, new board members were elected throughout a meeting by Council of the European-Ukrainian Agency (EUEA). It is headed by, Wolfram Rehbock, Senior Partner, Head of Energy Practice Attorneys Association Arzinger.

Wolfram is one of the initiators and is elected as a Chairman of the Board in 2014. His candidacy was supported by members of the agency, as he is taking the lead in supporting and promoting the development of renewable energies and energy efficiency in Ukraine.

EUEA is a non-profit organization serving as a solid platform for joint EU-Ukrainian actions in order to promote sustainable development, efficient use of energy and environmentally friendly technology transfer.
