Information Attack on AST Agroholding

In July 2023, AST Agroholding was targeted by an orchestrated information attack, specifically, false information was disseminated that undermines the business reputation of the company.

AST Agroholding officially declares that the information circulated by internet resources such as Lenta.ua, Znaj.ua, and several Telegram channels is inaccurate, and we will prove this in court.

In particular, from July 17 to 31, 2023, several publications were posted on certain internet resources such as Lenta.ua, Znaj.ua, and others, as well as on various Telegram channels. These publications claimed that AST Agroholding and its founders collaborated and continue to collaborate with Medvedchuk and his business.

All of these claims are unfounded, lacking any evidence, and are intended solely to discredit AST Agroholding. We perceive these publications as an attack on a business that, in times of war, ensures tax payments, job retention, provides assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Additional reasons to consider this discrediting campaign as an orchestrated action include the following violations of Article 277 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code:

• Refusal to publish AST Agroholding's response to the disseminated false information,
• Failure to provide an opportunity for AST Agroholding to express its position on the mentioned circumstances and facts,
• Lack of references to the sources of the disseminated information in the materials,
• Journalists and editorial boards not only failed to seek comments from AST Agroholding but also avoided contact and did not allow the publication of accurate information,
• All letters sent by AST Agroholding's press service demanding the publication of a refutation and AST Agroholding's response were left unreviewed and unanswered,
• Representatives of certain resources openly demanded money for the publication of a refutation and 'silence' in the future.

AST Agroholding is pursuing legal action, and our legal team will clarify the mentioned information through the court. Any financial compensation received will be redirected to the benefit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Інформаційна атака на  Агрохолдинг АСТ

В липні 2023 року на Агрохолдинг АСТ було здійснено замовну інформаційну атаку, а саме, розміщено недостовірну інформацію, що принижує ділову репутацію групи компаній.

Агрохолдинг АСТ офіційно заявляє, що інформація, поширена інтернет ресурсами  Lenta.ua, Znaj.ua  та іншими, а також рядом телеграм-каналів, не відповідає дійсності і доведе це в суді.

Зокрема, з 17 по 31 липня 2023 року на деяких інтернет-ресурсах, таких як Lenta.ua, Znaj.ua та  інших, а також в ряді телеграм-каналів, було розміщено кілька публікацій,  які зводяться до тверджень, що Агрохолдинг та його засновники співпрацювали та продовжують співпрацювати з Медведчуком та його бізнесом.

Всі ці твердження є недостовірними, не грунтуються на жодному доказі, їх розміщено  виключно з метою  дискредитації Агрохолдингу. Розцінюємо такі публікації як атаку на бізнес, який в умовах війни забезпечує сплату податків та збереження робочих місць, надає допомогу ЗСУ.

Додатковими підставами вважати, що така акція з дискредитації  є замовною,  є те, що зазначені канали в порушення ст. 277 ЦК України

• відмовились опублікувати відповідь  Агрохолднгу на поширену недостовірну інформацію,
• не надали можливості висловити позицію Агрохолдингу щодо зазначених в статтях обставин та фактів, 
•  в матеріалах  відсутні посилання на джерела інформації, що поширена,
•  журналісти та редакції не тільки не звернулися за коментарями до Агрохолдингу, а й уникають контактів та не дають можливості розмістити достовірну інформацію,
• всі надіслані прес-службою Агрохолдингу  листи з вимогою публікації спростування та публікації відповіді Агрохолдингу залишились без розгляду та реагування,
• представники окремих ресурсів відкрито вимагають кошти за публікацію спростування та «мовчання» в майбутньому.

Агрохолдинг АСТ іде правовим шляхом, наша юридична служба в судовому порядку спростує вказану інформацію, а грошові кошти, отримані в якості компенсації, перерахує на користь ЗСУ.
