The project will support the large-scale expansion of Terminal 2 at Václav Havel Airport Prague, where Hill International, together with INVIN s.r.o. and Contract Management s.r.o., will provide comprehensive construction management and project oversight. The scope includes a new pier, major renovations within the terminal, and integration with upcoming infrastructure upgrades such as a new rail station, all aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing the passenger experience. The joint venture will deliver project management, supervision, quality control, LEED coordination, and ORAT services to ensure seamless execution.
