USUBC Legal Series Webinar: “International Capital Markets Opportunities: Legal and Regulatory Aspects” will be held on Wednesday, January 29, at 10:30 a.m. EDT (5:30 p.m. Kyiv time) via Zoom.
This Webinar will provide an overview of legal and regulatory considerations that surround international equity capital markets transactions involving Ukrainian companies, with a particular focus on initial public offerings of Ukrainian companies on U.S. and European stock exchanges.
The Webinar will focus on the following topics:

Capital markets reform as a component of post-war Ukrainian reconstruction;

Readiness of Ukrainian companies for international IPOs from a financial and accounting perspective; preparing Ukrainian companies for the IPOs; corporate governance of Ukrainian companies;

General mechanics of IPOs for foreign issuers under U.S. securities laws;

General mechanics of IPOs for foreign issuers under European securities laws;

Other regulatory considerations.
