As Head of the South Ukrainian Branch of Arzinger Andriy Selyutin will dedicate himself to development of such practices as transport, tax, investment and banking law, and acquisition of new clients, including from abroad.

Andriy Selyutin has been practicing law for over 10 years now. Since 2002 he has worked for the law firm ANK. During this time he was involved in legal support of the major investment projects in South of Ukraine, such as construction of new terminals in Odessa and Illichevsk sea ports, land plots purchase and development, purchase, sale, reorganization and technical re-equipment of a number of leading industrial enterprises in Odessa and Odessa Region, raising of credits from foreign banks and international financial institutions etc. Andriy has successfully represented clients’ interests before all court instances in Ukraine and international arbitration courts.
