The expert will review the following issues:

1.         The duality of the legal status of CEOs in Ukraine (corporate and employment);

2.         The appointment and removal of CEOs within the corporate relations framework: joint-stock companies and LLC's;

3.         The formalities of hiring and firing CEOs within the labour relations framework;

4.         Concluding employment contracts with CEOs in order to ensure limitations of his/her authority and control over their activities;

5.         The specifics of dismissal of a CEO, including dismissal for disciplinary reasons;

6.         When a CEO is a foreign worker: the specifics of employment and legalization of stay of foreign CEOs in Ukraine as well as their dependent family members (work permit, residence permit, etc.).
