U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) looks forward
to working with Michael Dignam and continue cooperation
with CRDF Global!
I'm pleased to announce that CRDF Global has selected our new President & CEO. As you can imagine, replacing Cathy Campbell was not an easy task. The board of directors was deter mined to find the right person for this important j ob. And they did. They found a great candidate with a proven track record of successful leadership and growth.
Starting August 1, 2016, Michael Dignam will be our President & CEO. The board selected Mike because of his extensive international experience and history of working with various US government agencies including many that fund CRDF Gl obal activities. They were impressed with his deep management experience, business development acumen, and partnership building. And most importantly, Mike understands human capital development and teamwork - he appreciat es our most important resource - CRDF Global's staff.
From 2011-2014, Mike served as President & CEO of PAE, an Arlington, VA-based services and logistics company. He led the Company through the divestiture of the business from Lockheed Martin in 2011 and the identification and sale to Lindsay Goldberg, a leading private equity firm. As President and CEO, Mike developed and executed a growth strategy that tripled the business; creating a $2B global mission services company with more than 15,000 employees in over 60 countries and 100 locations in the U.S. He later served as Vice Chairman of the Board for PAE and is currently still an affiliate partner for Lindsay Goldberg overseeing the federal services market. Before that, Mike held various senior management positions in finance, information systems, and logistics during two decades with Lockheed Martin.
Mike understands the importance of cooperation in global peace and prosperity. He is excited to join CRDF Global and to expand its reach while being true to our mission to foster international scientific and technical collaboration and build capacity to address important global problems.
Thank you for your commitment to our mission of promoting peace and prosperity through international science collaboration. Look for upcoming communications from Mike shortly.
