2/ Markian Malskyy, Partner at Arzinger Law Office, among 10 most successful top-managers in Lviv region

Well-known Lviv magazine RIA-Lviv published its Young Top-Managers Rating 2012. Markian Malskyy, attorney-at-law, Partner at Arzinger Law Office, Head of the West-Ukrainian Branch, is second in this rating. Along with already known campaign of the last year “50 most authoritative persons of Lviv region”, where Mr. Malskyy was 28th, magazine RIA-Lviv picked 10 young and promising personalities who became successful in their profession and were appointed to management positions due to their hard work.

According to the magazine, these are young persons who know what they want and intend to make a difference in city’s life. Among persons, who made top-10 managers, are such prominent personalities of the Lviv region as Vasyl Vesely, Andiry Rikota, Andriy Sydor etc.

Markian Malskyy, as Head of the West Ukrainian Branch of Arzinger, contributes to successful development of the office in Lviv which became one of the leading law firms in the West region of Ukraine providing legal services to big international and local companies. In 2011 rating of the paper “Yuridicheskaya practica” gave first place in the region to the West Ukrainian Branch of Arzinger in nomination “50 leading Ukrainian regional law firms 2011”. Among numerous clients of the firm are following: Ave, Netto, Lafarge Group, Kredobank, Volksbank, Halychyna Zahid, Henkel Bautechnik, Klingspor Ukraine, Halychpharm, NTON, Magic etc. Mr. Malskyy supervised the process of German translation of the Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
