Arzinger strengthened its litigation practice and IP practice

Arzinger lawyers’ team has been joined by Natalia Ivanytska, senior associate. Natalia will strengthen the practice of IP dispute resolution as well as the practice of protection of human rights in the European Court.
Natalia has an extensive experience of legal representation in different categories of economic, administrative and civil cases (including tax litigation, corporate conflicts, contractual disputes between business entities, disputes arising out of legal ownership, cases on the protection of intellectual property rights, goodwill, honor and dignity, etc.). Prior to joining Arzinger Natalia was a senior associate at the International Legal Center EUCON.
Natalia knows English and Polish, has a Candidate of Science degree in law (Thesis “License agreement for the use of a trademark”) and is the author of a number of scientific and practical commentaries and articles.
