Please beinformed, that the Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. announcespreliminary unaudited results for the year 2014:

∙         Consolidatedrevenue grew 8% to EUR 352 million

∙         Grossprofit increased to EUR 135 million (+66%)

∙         EBITDAamountedEUR 116 million (+90%)

∙         Netdebt declined 18% to EUR 216 million
