Asters acts as a Ukrainian law counsel to the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, in connection with USD 85 million financing to Okkoskhidinvest, a joint venture between a major Ukrainian petroleum distributor Concern Galnaftogaz and an investment fund managed by ADM Capital.

The funds will be used to expand the OKKO chain of petrol filling stations in eastern Ukraine. The project is to build or purchase and operate at least 80 high-volume petrol filling stations in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhya regions of Ukraine.

Asters' team advising on the project consisted of partner Iryna Pokanay and associates Oksana Muntyan and Gabriel Aslanian.
