Asters Advises Primestar Energy FZE on Acquisition of Ukrgazprombank PJSC

Asters acted as a legal counsel to Primestar Energy FZE, an international trading company with the headquarters in Dubai (the UAE), on the purchase of 100 % of the shares in Ukrgazprombank PJSC (Kyiv, Ukraine).

The legal support of the transaction included, in particular, advising on the competition and banking law matters, transaction structuring, drafting relevant transaction documents, and coordinating the execution and closing procedures of the transaction.

Asters' team advising on the project included partners Yevgen Porada and Alexey Pustovit, and associates Iryna Scherbyna, Olena Tsygulska and Andriy Zharikov.
