Asters acted as a legal counsel to the State Road Agency of Ukraine in connection with UAH 14 billion (approximately USD 1.75 billion) private domestic placement of bonds with 3, 5 and 7 year maturity. The issue has a coupon of 16.3% and was secured by Ukraine's sovereign guarantee.
