Asters acted as a legal counsel to Swedbank AB in connection with sale ofits Ukrainian subsidiary JSC "Swedbank" (public) to Mr. Mykola Lagun,the majority shareholder of JSC "Delta Bank" (Ukraine).

Asters' advisory role in the transaction included the structuring advice,drafting transaction documents, their negotiation with the purchaser andassistance at the completion stage of the deal.
