Asters successfully represented Nidera, an international producer, trader and marketer of agricultural and bioenergy products, in a large debt collection dispute.

The work on this project involved recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitration award. The firm's lawyers represented the client in courts and before state bailiffs as well as in negotiations with the debtor which resulted in the most efficient enforcement of the award.
