AVELLUM’s Managing Partner Mykola Stetsenko Became Member of the Newly Elected Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

We are proud to announce that Mykola Stetsenko, Managing Partner of AVELLUM, was elected as a member of the Public Council at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukrainе (“Public Council”).

The constituent assembly on formation of a new composition of the Public Council took place on 24 February 2017. As a result, new members were elected for a two-year term.

The Public Council is a permanent collegial elected advisory body. It was established to induce participation of citizens in state affairs, public control over activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, establishment of effective interaction with the public, and consideration of public opinion during the formation and implementation of state policy on the protection of economic competition.
