Kyiv, Ukraine, 3 April 2019. The Kyiv office of Baker McKenzie represented the sellers of Septa Communications (trading as Captain Growth), a Ukrainian AI startup, in its acquisition by Perion Network Ltd, an Israeli adtech company listed on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
 
Andrii Finogin, Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie, represented Dmytro Bilash and Dmytro Plieshakov, the startup's co-founders, in the sale negotiations and advised them on the transactional documents.
