International law firm Chadbourne & Parke has wonthe “National Law Firm of the Year: Ukraine” award at the 15th Annual IFLREuropean Awards ceremony, which was held on April 3, 2014 in London. 

The award recognizes Chadbourne’s work on the AESCorporation’s sale of its interests in two Ukrainian power distributioncompanies, AES Kyivoblenergo and AES Rivneoblenergo, to VS Energy Internationalin 2013.
