Clifford Chance has advised Gazprombank (Russian Federation) on USD 2 billion loan facility provided to National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine. This is one of the largest debt financing transactions in Ukraine to date.

Clifford Chance has a longstanding relationship with Gazprombank. The firm has previously acted for Gazprombank in connection with two financings of Naftogaz of Ukraine, one for up to USD 1 billion and one for up to USD 550 million.
