CMS is pleased to announce the appointment of 31partners across Europe. The promotions represent the strength and breadth ofour practice internationally.

Vitaliy Radchenko was promoted to the partnershipand will continue to practice in the firm’s Ukraine office. He joined CMS sixyears ago and has coordinated the Energy and Projects practice at CMS CameronMcKenna’s Kyiv office for the last few years. Vitaliy is recognised as aleading lawyer in his field in Ukraine, which has been confirmed by all of the majorinternational and local legal directories. Chambers Europe 2012-2013 recognisedVitaliy as a Band 1 lawyer in Energy and Natural Resources for Ukraine, withcommentators identifying him as “a standout figure for energy law inUkraine”. 

Vitality’s specialties are projects in Oil and Gas,Natural Resources, Conventional & Renewable Power Generation and KyotoProtocol.  His most recent experienceincludes advising Shell on the first production sharing agreement (PSA) fortight gas in Ukraine with Nadra Yuzivska LLC and the Government of Ukraine.
