Deadline for disclosure of ultimate beneficial ownership is 25 September

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to remind you thatthe deadline for all Ukrainian legal entities to disclose their ultimatebeneficial owneris 25 September 2015. For more details please refer to ourearlier flash reports #22,#25 and #57 (can be found in the attachment).

Failure to comply with thisrequirement may result in an administrative penalty for the company's CEO of upto UAH 8,500 (which is currently approximately USD 400) as well as potentialnegative publicity.
