Kyiv, 18 December 2013 - Dentons acted as legal counsel to the syndicate of international banks on the US$72.5 million loan facility to Alfa Bank Ukraine with one year maturity (the “Loan”). The Loan shall be used for trade finance and general corporate purposes.
