Dentons announced that one of Ukraine’s leading legal practitioners, Adam Mycyk, has joined the firm’s Corporate practice as a partner based in Kyiv.

Adam isahighly-regarded corporate lawyer with more than 20years’ experience in Ukraine and is one of the few US-qualifiedattorneys working in Ukraine. He joins from theKyiv office of Chadbourne & Parke. Prior to that Adam was a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna in Kyivwhere he ledthe Corporate/M&A group and co-led the Banking & International Finance practice. Healso served as the Managing Partner of CMS’s Kyiv officein 2008-2012.

Adam regularly advises multinationals andforeign companies, Ukrainian companies, banks, investment banks and otherfinancial institutions on structuring and implementing debt and equity inwardinvestments, including corporate/M&A and on complex cross-border commercialand financing transactions. His practice focuses onboth advisory and transactional work. In recentyears he has worked on several oil & gas andenergy transactions as well as on transactions on international capital markets.
