Myron Rabij, now relocated to New York after nearly 22 yearsin Ukraine, heads our Ukrainian Energy and Real Estate practices and isrecognized as one of Ukraine’s leading corporate and commercialpractitioners.  He has been representinginternational and Ukrainian clients in complex negotiations of joint venturesand cross-border acquisitions in the energy sector, particularly upstream oil& gas, construction and development and on general matters of Ukrainiancorporate law. He isworking in both the Kyiv and New York offices and speaks English,Ukrainian and Russian.

Markian Silecky has been practicing inUkraine since 1992 and works in both the Kyiv and New York offices. Hisexperience concentrates on general corporate and commercial issues, mergers andacquisitions and international transactions in the agricultural andpharmaceutical sectors, as well as global compliance and anti-corruptionissues.  He has worked with variousUkrainian State Agencies and has also represented various Embassies anddiplomats with regard to their activities in Ukraine. Markian regularly travelsbetween Kyiv and New York and is multilingual speaking English, Ukrainian andRussian.
