DHL Express Ukraine won the professional prize Crystal Headset in the nominationCorporate Social Responsibility Award of the Russian and CIS Call Center Awards 2012. The awarding ceremony took place in the business center of Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel in Moscow on March 20 this year. Company’s CSR strategy, its implementation of volunteer projects and company employees’ engagement in them were considered in the process of determining the winner.

Crystal Headset is an international competition in call centers industry. Every year more than 200 contenders from more than 100 call centers in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and other countries in the region participate in nominations.

The finalists of the competition were determined on the basis of an essay, which each nominee submitted for consideration by an expert panel.

The prestigious award is one more confirmation that corporate social responsibility for DHL Express Ukraine is one of the key elements of its strategic development and an integral part of the company’s day-to-day operations.
